Get to know me

I’m a Nutritional Sciences graduate who is incredibly passionate about healing the body holistically through diet, physical activity, and the mind. I’m currently on track to complete the Root Cause Protocol (RCP) course in a few months to expand my knowledge and help others achieve vitality through an interconnected approach to wellness.

What inspired me to pursue this path, particularly the RCP, was witnessing my mother overcome anemia using this protocol. As a South Asian woman, I’ve often seen women in my community —including friends my age— struggle with iron deficiency and constant fatigue. Many rely on synthetic iron tablets, which offer temporary relief but often worsen their condition over time. My mother’s journey was no different, she tried coping with synthetic iron, had frequent hospital visits, and even tried many functional consultants, until she discovered RCP.

Initially, I was skeptical, but over time, I saw gradual, remarkable improvements in her health. She let go of synthetic iron supplements and committed to this new protocol. The transformation wasn’t instant it was a slow and steady process, with moments of doubt. Yet, she persevered, and today I see a strong, vibrant woman who no longer battles daily fatigue.

My goal is to help other women and men experience this same transformation—restoring their vitality through RCP and other holistic practices, just as my mother did.
