  • Well Water: If you have access to well water, test it to ensure it meets optimal drinking standards. Focus on ensuring little to no chlorine content.

  • City Water: If well water isn't available, consider investing in a Berkey water filter. While it may seem pricey upfront, its durability and ability to remove chlorine through prolonged filtration make it worth every penny.

Step 2: Consider a Whole-House Filter

For those struggling with acne or hair loss, remember that the water you bathe in matters just as much as the water you drink. A whole-house filter ensures that every drop of water touching your skin and hair is free from harmful toxins like chlorine.

My Experience

Growing up, I relied on well water that tested as optimal for drinking and daily use. The results were evident:
